FCI Constructors, Inc. is looking for Construction Estimating positions. Minimum 3 years of construction estimating experience preferred. Responsibilities include interpretation of project documents from conceptual design through construction documents, quantity take-off, preliminary budgeting, value analysis, subcontractor solicitation, development of bid forms, scope sheets, and subcontract documents, communication with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain accurate pricing information, sub/supplier database maintenance, sub/supplier networking events, document distribution, working with clients and designers to establish project parameters, and assisting other procurement team members. The candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and a strong history with Microsoft Excel and OST. History with SmartBidNet and EarthWorks is helpful.
