Cives Steel Fabrication Plant

El Mirage, AZ | FCI was the CM/GC for the development of the 25 acre site which included the construction of a 58,000 SF administration building, five outbuildings, internal bridge crane, blasting areas for steel preparation, shipping and receiving yards, multiple crane ways and a new railroad spur for importing and exporting materials by railway.   Addition site work was completed for future phases.
