Grand River Health Patient Wing Expansion

Rifle, CO | FCI was the CM/GC for the addition of a 102,000 SF acute care patient wing expansion to the Grand River Health Hospital.  This $40.5 million addition included the relocation of the entire med gas system, oxygen farm, new EM generator, water and fire main relocation, new boiler plant, laundry, relocation and build-out of loading dock and material management department, 3,000 SF USP 800 pharmacy, cardiopulmonary infusion department, 25 med Med Surg/Step Down Rooms, fire alarm upgrade and an 80-space parking lot. The hospital remained fully operational throughout construction.
