Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative Office Complex

Williston, ND | FCI was the CMAR for the new construction of this four-story, 83,500 SF office building. This project entailed the removal of the existing 16,000 square-foot office building and support spaces, and construction of a new four-story, 83,500 square-foot office building and penthouse. FCI’s preconstruction team led a full coordination and virtual construction effort prior to physical construction. Models supplied by the architect, structural steel contractor, MEP contractors, and fire sprinkler contractor were brought together using Navisworks software and checked for interference clashes and constructability issues.  The project received LEED Silver Certification.
