Timberline Bank Headquarters

Grand Junction, CO | FCI was the CM/GC for this new 4 story, 40,000 SF bank headquarters for Timberline Bank.  This modern building was designed to promote a workplace culture of collaboration.  Within the building there is a coffee shop, soda fountain and rooftop patio.
